4 octobre 2021 (donc dix jours apr\u00e8s)\u00a0: le SFO sort son communiqu\u00e9 officiel et l\u00e0 surprise\u00a0: le texte se conclut par\u00a0la phrase \u00ab Le SFO continue d’enqu\u00eater sur cette affaire\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0!<\/p>\n

Je ne comprends pas.<\/p>\n

J\u2019\u00e9cris donc au SFO\u00a0: \u00ab\u00a0Tr\u00e8s surprise de lire votre derni\u00e8re phrase. Tant que votre dossier n\u2019est pas d\u00e9finitivement clos, pas possible pour nous, les actionnaires, de participer au refinancement et la bo\u00eete sera morte. M\u00eame la juge, avant de prononcer l\u2019amende, a tenu compte de sa situation financi\u00e8re.<\/em>\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n

Une semaine passe, pas de r\u00e9ponse. Je relance.<\/p>\n

R\u00e9ponse du SFO\u00a0: toutes les proc\u00e9dures contre la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Petrofac ont \u00e9t\u00e9 termin\u00e9es. La derni\u00e8re phrase renvoie \u00e0 d\u2019autres enqu\u00eates en cours sur \u00ab\u00a0la conduite d'[autres] individus \u00bb.<\/p>\n

Ma r\u00e9ponse\u00a0: merci pour cette clarification (qui est une tr\u00e8s bonne nouvelle pour la soci\u00e9t\u00e9) mais pouvez-vous le faire publiquement ?!<\/p>\n

Vendredi, le SFO corrige le communiqu\u00e9 et pr\u00e9cise que son enqu\u00eate sur Petrofac a \u00e9t\u00e9 termin\u00e9e. Bravo le SFO !<\/p>\n

Chez Monocle, on ne l\u00e2che rien.<\/p>\n
